Idea Offers Up to Rs. 2,000 Cashback on Karbonn Smartphones and Feature Phones

Idea Cellular on Tuesday partnered with Karbonn Mobiles to announce cashback of up to Rs. 2,000 on select Karbonn 4G smartphones and feature phones. The offer entitles buyers to avail a cashback of Rs. 1,500 on the Karbonn A41 Power and A9 Indian, a cashback of Rs. 2,000 on Karbonn Yuva 2, and a cashback of Rs. 1,000 on the Karbonn K310n, K24+, and K9 Jumbo feature phones. This offer will be available in India starting February 1, 2018. It can be availed across major Karbonn partner stores.

Cashback offer for Karbonn 4G smartphones
Under the Idea cashback offer, users are entitled to Rs. 1,500 cashback on the Karbonn A41 Power and Karbonn A9 Indian – a new phone that will be made available on February 1 when the offer begins. The initial cashback of Rs. 500 will be credited to the Idea Money wallet at the end of 18 months and the balance of Rs. 1,000 will be credited after a period of 36 months. Under the same offer, users are entitled to Rs. 2,000 cashback on the Karbonn Yuva 2. An initial cashback of Rs. 500 will be credited to Idea Money wallet after 18 months and the rest Rs. 1,500 will be credited after 36 months.

To be eligible for this cashback, Idea prepaid customers need to have a minimum recharge value of Rs. 3,000 for the first 18 months and Rs. 3,000 for the next 18 months. Idea recommends the Rs. 169 pack that offers unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 1GB data per day with a validity of 28 days.

With the Idea cashback, the Karbonn A41 Power will be available at an effective price of Rs. 1,499, down from an MOP of Rs. 2,999; the Karbonn A9 Indian will be available at an effective price of Rs. 2,199, down from an MOP of Rs. 3,699; and the Karbonn Yuva 2 will be available at an effective price of Rs. 2,999, down from an MOP of Rs. 4,999.

Cashback offer for Karbonn feature phones
As part of the Idea cashback offer, users are entitled to Rs. 1,000 cashback on the Karbonn K310n, Karbonn K24+, and the Karbonn K9 Jumbo. The initial cashback of Rs. 500 will be credited at the end of 18 months and the other Rs. 500 will be credited once 36 months are over. The cashback will be in the form of talktime.

To be eligible for this talktime cashback, Idea prepaid customers need to do a minimum recharge of Rs. 2,700 over the first 18 months and the same amount over the next 18 months. Idea recommends its special recharge of Rs. 145 that provides unlimited voice calls, 500 SMS, and 500MB data for a period of 28 days.

With the Idea cashback, the Karbonn K310n will be available effectively for free, down from an MOP of Rs. 999, the Karbonn K24+ will be available at an effective price of Rs. 199, down from an MOP of Rs. 1,199, and the Karbonn K9 Jumbo will be available at an effective price of Rs. 399, down from an MOP of Rs. 1,399.
